Utility Bill Payment

Before You Start, You Will Need:

Your water bill - You will need the account number and last payment amount made in order to access the payment system.
Your credit/debit card information - You will need the credit/debit card number, expiration date, card holder name, and the address where your credit/debit card statements are mailed. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
You will be charged a processing fee of $1.25 for this service.

First time users, you will need to create an account using your email address. Your password will be sent to your email. If you would like assistance with the set up and use of the system, please contact the Utilities Department at (928) 639-2450 and we would be happy to help you.

If your account is about to be shut off or has been shut off for delinquency, you cannot make a payment over the Internet. You can still make a credit/debit card payment by phone by calling (928) 639-2450, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Please speak directly to a representative by phone.
