The Clarkdale Magistrate Court is responsible for resolving civil traffic violations, criminal misdemeanors, and Town Ordinances which include animal violations, excessive noise, and other infractions (click here for Town Codes). All such offenses must have occurred inside the town limits of Clarkdale. If your violation(s) have occurred outside of the Town’s jurisdiction, please look at the bottom of your citation to see where you must appear. Click on Links for other Court links.
